At My Customz Shop, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

 

Custom Orders (Final Sale)

All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes any item that is personalized, made-to-order, or created based on customer specifications.

Because these products are uniquely created for each customer, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If your custom order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

 

Pre-Design Products (30-Day Returns)

Pre-designed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (as long as they weren't customized).

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

Order Issues or Defects

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs for eligible items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of our error.
