1. How do custom orders work?

 

Once you choose a product or service from our custom collections, you’ll be prompted to a page where you can upload and edit your images, directly from your device, or you can create a design and/or texts using the tools that are available to you on our page.

Once the order has been placed from your end, we’ll go over your design, confirm the details, and then bring your one-of-a-kind piece to life.

 


 

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

 

Please allow 1–2 weeks for production depending on the product and complexity, plus shipping time. Need it sooner? Reach out—we might be able to accommodate rush orders for an extra fee.

 


 

3. Can I see a preview before it’s made?

 

Yes. Most custom orders include a live digital mock-up or design sketch. You’ll be able to approve it or request edits before production begins.

 


 

4. What if I don’t know exactly what I want yet?

 

We're here for that! You don’t need a full design—we just need your vibe. Share an idea, theme, or inspiration image and we’ll help bring it to life from scratch.

 


 

5. What materials do you use?

 

We use high-quality materials across all products—whether it’s premium cotton for clothing, durable paints and coatings for sneakers, or sturdy base fabrics for rugs and accessories. Each material is carefully selected for long-lasting style and comfort.

 


 

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

 

Because all custom items are made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake on our end or the item arrived damaged. Please double-check all design and size details before confirming your order.

 


 

7. Do you take bulk or group orders?

 

Yes, we offer custom group orders for events, teams, small businesses, or special occasions. If you’re ordering more than 5 items, contact us directly for bundle pricing and turnaround time.

 


 

8. Can I customize something that’s not listed on the site?

 

Definitely! We love new ideas. If you want to customize an item not shown—whether it’s a new type of apparel, accessory, or home decor—just send us a message and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

 


 

9. Do you offer gift options or packaging?

 

Yes, we offer gift-ready packaging and handwritten notes upon request. Add a note to your order or contact us if you’re sending a gift.

 


 

10. Do you ship internationally?

 

We currently ship within North America and to select international countries. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us directly—we may still be able to make it happen for you!
